I’m a total sucker for pink bubbles and this is my latest obsession. Bichot is one of those iconic Burgundy producers that makes some very traditional, very old-school wines, but this pink sparkler is definitely coming from the lighter side of Bichot. Made primarily of Pinot Noir with a splash of Chardonnay and Gamay in the blend, this vivacious Cremant offers plenty of raspberry and citrus notes with just a hint of toastiness. Perfect with a cheese plate or a light lunch.
